Trip to Arizona

Kylee, Evan, Jessica and I took a quick trip to Arizona last weekend to enjoy the sun, each other, and our friends and family.  We packed a lot into just 3 days.  We visited with our much missed Frost family friends and I absolutely loved catching up with this beautiful girl.

 Jess and Taylor had fun reconnecting

 and Ky and Madison picked up right where they left off last time they saw each other several years ago.

We loved seeing and playing with the Frost's new puppies which were soooo adorable- even though they scared Evan at first (for some weird reason given he lives with a full grown golden retriever) and made him cry and the rest of us laugh...

Here's Evan hanging out in a high chair while me and the girls ate breakfast. He was so good on this trip.  Always happy when he was awake and he slept good- for the most part.

 We swam one morning in the heated motel pool and it felt great.  Evan loved it too.

  We walked around the new Gilbert temple. It was so beautiful.  I wish we could have worked it out to go inside.

   We walked around a park across the street from the temple that was so neat.

 We met Paul and DeNae for lunch and enjoyed visiting with them.

I'm so happy we figured out a time to visit with my niece Jordan, her husband Jake and their cute kids.  What a great family they are. 

No trip to Arizona would be complete without a visit with the Hoffman family. 
I really miss having best friends in Utah like I had in Arizona.

It was so wonderful to be with this sweet boy and it was very sad to say goodbye to him.  But only for a month...
