February

We got another big snowstorm the first part of February. Nothing makes me happier in the winter than freshly fallen snow and blue skies.

I went for a walk one Saturday to take in the beauty of the valley.

This picture from a LHS women's basketball game was on the front page of the sports section one day. This poor girl! She finally gets her picture in the paper and this is how it looks. lol.
I wonder if the Bundy's know that the only reason we invite them over now is so we can see and hold Marissa...shhh don't tell them!

I love my weekly pictures from Cam. All the museums are free in February (probably because who's vacationing in Chicago then...?) so he got to go to a couple of them on Pday.

Jake's bff Corey got married and we were so happy to attend the open house, sealing and luncheon in Highland and SLC. These are 4 of Jake's best high school friends.

Here's all 7 of the best high school friends (Corey's brother- Cam's bff is on the left end)

Freda turned 70 and we enjoyed celebrating with her at a dinner at her house the night before, and lunch at Elements the day of her birthday. No one could have a better mom, mother-in-law and grandma than we all do. I made her a book with 70 reasons why we all love her and to say she loves it is putting it mildly. She cried so much over it that she fogged up her glasses. haha.

Mike and I went shoeshoeing one Saturday after it snowed 6-7 inches during the night. It was so beautiful and we had a great time.

Here's Ky, Brody, Evan and Sal in front of their house. With the sidewalk behind them, don't they look like cardboard cutouts?

Your book for Grandma turned out so cute! I'm just now remembering that I was totally going to send a cute picture I have of Evan and grandma, but I guess it's too late now! I also love all the scenery pictures.
